TB006 Expanded Access Program
Investigational Treatment Option for Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia
Resilient Health Austin is proud to offer evaluation for patients interested in the TB006 Expanded Access Program. TB006 is an investigational monoclonal antibody that targets Galectin-3 (Gal3), a protein associated with neuroinflammation and processes involved in cognitive decline. Researchers are studying whether targeting Galectin-3 may help address biological pathways involved in Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
What Is TB006?
TB006 is being investigated as a novel approach to Alzheimer's disease treatment and dementia care. Unlike therapies that primarily focus on amyloid removal, TB006 targets Galectin-3, a protein believed to play a role in both harmful brain aggregates and chronic neuroinflammation. By addressing these pathways, researchers hope to better understand how TB006 may support brain health and cognitive function.
Conditions Evaluated Through the Expanded Access Program
The TB006 Expanded Access Program is available for qualifying patients with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, including:
Alzheimer's Disease
Vascular Dementia
Frontotemporal Dementia
Lewy Body Dementia
Parkinson's Disease Dementia
Healthcare providers participating in the program have shared encouraging feedback across multiple dementia types while ongoing clinical evaluation continues.
What Is the Expanded Access Program?
The Expanded Access Program (EAP), sometimes called compassionate use, allows qualifying patients with serious conditions to receive investigational therapies when appropriate and when other options may be limited. TB006 is currently available through an FDA-authorized Expanded Access Program for eligible patients under physician supervision.
