Supporting brain health and cognition

Managing autoimmune or chronic conditions

Improving energy and digestion

Promoting healthy weight and metabolism

Balancing blood sugar and hormones

Specialty Services

  • We’re proud to offer a truly unique service: genomically informed nutrition planning.

Using your IntellxxDNA™ report, we can identify how your genes influence your nutrient absorption, metabolism, and food sensitivities.
This helps your dietitian recommend the right nutrients, supplements, and eating strategies for your unique biology.

    Examples include:

    • Determining optimal Vitamin D, B12, zinc, or magnesium needs

    • Identifying potential food intolerances or sensitivities

    • Targeting personalized weight management strategies

    • Supporting gut health and reducing inflammation

If you don’t already have an IntellxxDNA™ report, we can help you order one before your nutrition consultation.

  • Our dietitian is trained in guiding a variety of nutrition approaches, including:

    • Brain health support and mild ketosis plans

    • Mediterranean diet

    • Gluten-free and Celiac-safe nutrition

    • Low-histamine plans

    • Diabetes and pre-diabetes management

    • Cardiometabolic health (cholesterol, blood pressure)

    • Weight management

  • Whether you’ve been diagnosed with Celiac disease or have gluten sensitivity, understanding your body’s needs is key.

Our dietitian helps you identify hidden sources of gluten, read labels confidently, and navigate dining out or grocery shopping.

  • Normally, when we think of histamine, we think of allergies, runny noses, teary and itchy eyes and sneezing right? And we consider sources of histamine to be from the outdoors, like pollen. But histamine is not only outdoors but in our food. And by eating certain foods high in histamine, you can unintentionally raise an allergic response.

Histamine intolerance often causes digestive issues like bloating or discomfort, which are sometimes mistaken for IBS.

Our dietitian can teach you which foods are high in histamine, how to manage them, and what enzymes may help you feel better.
